Fordyce Spots are small bumps that can appear on the edge of your lips, inside your cheeks. It can also appear on the foreskin of the penis, on the shaft or on scrotum for men and on the vulva and labia for women. The spots are also called as Fordyce Granules. This is nothing but enlarged oil glands in our body called Fordyce glands.
Fordyce spots can be more visible on circumcised organ particularly during an erection. These appear from the glands. It may slightly vary in size for men and women and depending on the location of the spot. It can be anywhere between 1mm to 3mm in size.
