Congratulations on your pregnancy. Pregnancy can make you and your partner have an exciting time. You need not stop the excitement reach your bedroom. To answer your question, YOU CAN HAVE SEX NORMALLY UNTIL YOUR AMNIOTIC SACK BREAKS. That means, you can have normal sex till your 34th week of your pregnancy and it is absolutely safe.

It is believed that having sex regularly can relieve pregnant women from having morning sickness during pregnancy. Regular sex during pregnancy can also keep your vaginal muscles stretched and relaxed, making it ready for delivering the baby. So, having sex during pregnancy is not something to worry about. Indulge in as much, but keep it safe.

But the question is, you will have to find whether you have any mood for sex.

  1. During the first trimester (first 3 months), you may feel mood swings, tired and stressed. You may also feel nauseatic and your breasts may become sore. So, ideally you need not force yourself to have sex, unless you feel so.

-          Side wards penetration like 'spooning' positions alone should be tried during your pregnancy.

-          There are number of guides available online on sex positions during pregnancy. Google and choose the one that is comfortable to you both.

-          If your gynec asks you not to indulge in sex due to some complications, you should completely refrain yourself from having sex.
