A bulge is a visible protrusion of a bulged penis through someone's pants. Many times a bulge can be visible when a guy was not wearing underwear. Mostly bulge appears to show the outline of an erect penis.

Some transgender men use to keep padding inside the pants to give an appearance of a bulge. Sometimes when men wear very tight clothes, bulge may be visible even when their penis is flaccid and bulge gets more pronounced when their instrument gets hardened up slightly.
